Love, love, love this place! The food is always fresh, their burgers are always juicy,, the sweet potato fries are top notch the service is consistently great! Ps. You have to try their chocolate milkshake, it's ??

Mediocre. In the midst of a Friday lunch hour, my burger looks old, spoiled salad smashed and beginning with hard bungalow. The frits were warm, but very stable. This is the second time in years I tried Hat Creek and now I remember having good reason not to go.

I came here for lunch today. The man, the orders on the front I think was the manager had excellent customer service! He was very friendly and we talked a little bit. My food came out and it was delicious as usual. When I left, the same guy named me and told me to have a great weekend. Great customer service!

This place is like a fast food place. Okay, it's one, but it's different. Focused on family. Have fun. Definitely a good Austin vibe. Ben was very helpful and allowed me to open a tab so that my family could order when they were ready.. 7 adults 3 children. Alejandro took our orders to the counter. Everything went smooth. The burger was very good. I had the SouthWest(2) Cowboy 1, Fried Chicken Sandwich... real chicken. 2 classics, 1 Big Hat. Two children eat and shake. $106.00. WOW, what a big price! Enjoy the Little Hat Burger with cheese and the works, sweet potatoes. Grandson had chicken nuggets and mark a chocolate shake. Friendly and attentive staff a lot of seating.
