Very bad service. The guy behind the counter in the cafe serving us was absolutely terribly rude, he dumped mine and my partners food on the counter and when serving us he was rolling his eyes and just didn’t seem like he wanted to be there or serve us. Don’t appreciate that nasty service at all.

We attend a local attraction a few times a year. Each time we re-fuel both vehicles and ourselves a couple of times during the course of the day. What has happened in a few months?? The place was filthy! The toilets were disgusting, paper on the floors, dirty sinks and bowls, no detergent to wash hands, no hand paper! Food has slipped too. Prefer to eat from cafe instead of Major Food Chain, girl behind counter did her best to serve wife's delicate stomach (extremely appreciated) but waiting at filthy tables and floors, we decided to eat out in the cars. It must be stressed, the staff are doing their absolute best but cannot be expected to prepare food, serve and clean floors. (cross contamination). Please employ cleaners to service the area more than once a day. The servo area was the usual clean, efficient and welcoming service, thank goodness. In short, the staff were doing their best in a friendly manner but the cleanliness has slipped.

This is a great truck stop. Hungry Jacks is available plus lots of yummy things to make your drive more enjoyable, like drinks, chocolates, lollies etc Has a men's showers and a ladies shower each for only $5. Open 24/7

The BP truck stop is great, there’s plenty of food there then there is an independent food court with hungry jacks and other options.

Oh my god, my first time experiencing racism in Australia is here in this BP servo. The old grumpy man with long hair is such a pain to deal with and he was talking down to me and lecturing me for minute things as he thought i dont behave the local way. I would never patronise here if i were you. Please avoid this place
