Avaliação da contribuiçãoInstead of asking how she could resolve the issue, which I would have appreciated, I felt forced to say loudly, "I want my money back." She then simply started handing me cash without any further discussion. Meanwhile, another customer who had previously been there complained about a similar issue with her Fido card. I inquired if she could process a refund to my card, but she ignored my request and continued counting cash. When I asked again, "No, not now," I glanced back at the line and wondered if her reluctance was due to the wait. She replied, "Yes, it takes too long and you have to wait." I understand that no one wants a long line and that they want to assist multiple customers efficiently, but good customer service means taking care of the current customer first. I felt rushed, and my needs, which were not of my own making, were overlooked. I believe that if the register makes an error, they should take the necessary time to correct it rather than hurry on to avoid a wait, which could lead to more mistakes.
--- I have to say, the ice cream machine is almost always empty. They keep saying they’re waiting for one order, but it’s frustrating when you want to order extra. The place also feels quite disorganized, and the level of service is unacceptable. While there is a lovely older lady who’s been working there forever and is great, the rest of the staff could use some improvement. There’s one girl in particular who seems quite lazy, just running around without attending to customers – it’s clear she lacks customer service skills. It feels like the management doesn’t care much about the overall experience as long as they’re making money, which seems to be the case given the current situation. It would be great if they took more pride in their establishment and made an effort to improve, starting by keeping the ice cream machine filled! --- I hope this captures the essence of your review!
This was probably the worst experience we've ever had at a 7-Eleven. The store was a complete mess. The Slurpee machine had a variety of flavors that were unavailable, and the coffee machine was out of order. None of the lids fit properly. You could tell that the staff tried their best, but they seemed frustrated.
Staff member (who was leaning on the counter on her phone instead of working) was incredibly rude when i asked if they had extra masks for someone i was with who didn’t have one. she said “nope” in a dismissive tone, and as i turned to the person i was with (who was outside) to say they didn’t have masks, she said “make it quick”. by that logic, we proceeded into the store to which she then said “you’re just risking a $230 fine for entering without a face covering”. we obviously would not have entered if she hadn’t invited us in by saying “make it quick”. so we turned around and said we would not want to risk a fine to which she responded with “ya most people don’t”. there was no need for her attitude or passive invitation into the store as we would have just left (which we ended up doing after this interaction) or sent one person in.
One of the worst customer service provided by 7-11.
