Cafe Braw - Edinburgh, City of

I encountered the most rude woman at this restaurant that I have ever met. I was so put off by her attitude that I didn't even end up eating there.

We had a great time at Brow Cafe. The hostess, Meg, was very kind and welcoming. The food was delicious and satisfying. We had engaging conversations. I hope to visit Edinburgh again in the future.

Walked from York Place to go here having checked the opening times online. It was closed and looked filthy and derelict. What a disappointment on a Saturday morning!

This little coffee shop was recommended by a family member who lives next door. The coffee is fabulous, the porridge with honey perfect, the staff so lovely and friendly I wish I lived next door! The scones and cakes looked delicious I just wished I could have been in Edinburgh long enough to visit again. I will definitely be making this little gem the first place I visit when I'm next in Edinburgh.
