Don't bother ordering online. Already a 45 minute wait via the app and order not even started when arrived at the store. Do better.

I’m a regular at the glenmont location and it has gone down hill ever since the new man manager came to town! I went there to get a regular #13 and a giant #7 while it was in the middle of lunch rush. Only 2 workers were on the line while the manager Kenny was sitting down on his phone and kept walking out the store and wasn’t even helping them!! worked are good but the management is TERRIBLE!!! please talk sense into your manager to not leave his employees stressed

I actually had a great experience when I ordered my sub and paying for it.. Asked for Mike's way with mayo and pickles.... I was busy with my phone which I shouldn't have been but asked before it got wrapped up if it had mayo and pickles on it and the girl said yes.... While eating it at home realized it had neither.... My fault for being consumed on my phone but I asked if she added mayo and pickles and she said yes! No pickles and mayo on my sandwich at all.... I know I was Inappropriate with my phone while ordering but I had to deal with important work things...I asked multiple times for my order to be right and it wasn't!! I was only on my phone while th sub was being made fyi
