Employee over the intercom was rude, had an attitude, and would not stop asking in a rude tone if I was ready to order, even though we had just pulled up and we had politely said just a moment , as we were looking at the menu.

The chicken is not crispy enough like it was when the cooks cared about the brand

Visited store for take out. When given the order i tried to take a minute to check that the order was correct. Before I could check my food the manager came to the window and demanded that pull away from the window. When i tried to explain what I was doing she continued to demand that I pull away form the window. Her demanding took more time than for me to check my order. In demanding I pull up and not letting me check my order I did not get the drink I order with the meal. I would not go back and get because I did not care to listen to the manager's fussing. That said the food is good and I will continue to trade with them. I just hope that someone educating them about their manners

Order food paid for it and somehow my order was deleted out of the computer waited about 15 minutes before Mgr ask me what I order. Didn't say sorry or anything. Chicken was very oily won't be going back

Went to this location today. Ordered the one breast fill up meal. It's still on the online menu. When I ordered I asked for the 5.00 meal. The lady taking my order did not tell me it was more than five dollars until I got up to the drive thru window. What should have been about a little over eleven dollars cost 19.60. I want be going back.
