Avaliação da contribuiçãoI ordered tuna sub, and asked for Monterey jack cheese, she said she only has Cheddar I said that's fine, then she put shredded cheese on my sub and I kindly asked if she has other sliced cheese and the cashier and she instantly turned very rude with me when I told her I prefer sliced cheese instead...she was very irritated that I asked her to remake it with sliced cheese instead. This is my second bad experience with subway being very rude with me even though I'm kind with everyone. No more subway for me.
Ordered online for curbside pickup. After 30 minutes waiting, I called store to make sure they had received. Employee who could hardly speak English, said order was there and ready. He brought it out and I left. When I got home, sandwich was cold, cheese had recongealed and bread was hard. Sprite was not good. Apparently Sprite keg was not mixed properly. It was awful. Only thing that was good were cookies?. Employee made the excuse that they were exceptionally busy inside. Not an excuse in my mind for a food business. I will think twice before I order from this location again.
I had to go to thos location because is close to me but the customer service is very rude very disrespectful to you if you ask something they will talk to each other with different languages which is very rude i hate this location they don't care about customer at all they care about getting your money.
Terrible customer service horrible food sandwich was not correct and tasted bad they refused to do even talk about it very disappointed at this
Well I had some coupons and when I went to order they told me that I could only order from what they had on there paper menu and they where so disrespectful I will opt be going there no more
