Avaliação da contribuiçãoPicked up a dozen donuts for my doctors office. The cashier customer service specialist was very polite, and moved fairly quickly. I didn't try any of the product, but they looked very tasty. Will definitely have to purchase some for myself my family next time.
Coffee is always good. Customer service is rude, unfriendly, and short. No personality whatsoever. Extremely slow. Waited 11 minutes with 4 cars in front of me.
I stopped by here to get a sandwich. The sign on the door said the lobby was closed due to staffing issues and to use the drive-thru. I go to the drive-thru and try to order a sandwich, only to be told they have no food due to the food preparation area being sanitized. It’s great they are cleaning, but can’t they do it after business hours? I wondered why they were even open.
Normally I get my iced coffee 2-3 times a week from here and today when I went about a half hour or so ago I went thru the drive thru and the lady didn't even ask me if I wanted cream or sugar then it looked different on the screen which I just assumed it was an update on how things are worded on the screen... I got to work and found out there was barely any ice so it was still hot I couldn't taste the caramel at all as well as I don't know what she added to it but it tasted like black coffee as well as had coffee grounds in it... Just the way I'd like to start my shift at work... The donut was still good probably cause someone else made it... I'm going to the other tim Hortons from now on if this keeps happening.
I have never been in a Tim.Hortons in bay city In the last five or six years. It is however my favorite brand of coffee.
