Whataburger - Laredo

Whataburger is always good, but this time they messed up my order. So I have them 4 stars today. It wasn't too much of a messed up and the patty melt still the greatest.

Just simply put: drunk? Eat here, hungry? Eat here, bored? Eat H.E.R.E, did I mention drunk? EAT HERE!

Terrible customer service! Even spoke to the general manager, Annabel Ramos, and she was horrible and lacked basic courtesy. She was rude and couldn?t even listen before talking over me. She was unprofessional and should not be in this leadership role! She does not know how to listen to customers! Stay away!

Great food as always but they take so long at this Whataburger, I'm not even kidding they have to be manufacturing all their equipment and growing the cow before they make your food, it is insane!!! Fast food that takes longer to come out than it does at a packed steakhouse on Saturday night.

I usually go to their drive thru, so trust me when I tell u, CHECK UR DANG BAG, because almost every time I go they always miss something!! Drive thru really be messing up lately.like they don?t even fix their problem because when I tell them they messed up my order, they mess it up again!
