Avaliação da contribuiçãoAfter us, everyone in line received their orders promptly. Each time we inquired about our order, we were met with blank stares and told it wasn't ready yet. It wasn't until all other orders had been filled—about ten in total—that they finally recognized something was amiss. When we asked what had happened, the only response we got was, "I don't know." Well, I can tell you what happened: they lost our order and didn’t seem to care at all. There was NO apology. How inconsiderate! When a mistake is made, a simple "I'm sorry" is the least you expect, right? They just showed a complete lack of concern. I plan to share my experience on the corporate website, and we'll see if anything comes of it.
This restaurant has left a lot to be desired. The staff member who served me was quite unfriendly—there was no greeting or even a simple thank you, which made the experience uncomfortable. I would appreciate a more welcoming attitude from the staff. I hope they can improve in the future.
I work at the airport and I won’t be returning to this restaurant again after my first visit. I went to the place on Pier B, which has a great reputation, but I was really disappointed. The pizza was terrible. I would recommend looking for another option.
All staff needs to be fired. Young black boy at register is rude and disrespectful. Such an embarrassment. I need a manager to contact me ASAP. The staff is stealing money!
