Baskin-robbins - Otero County

Not pleased with the service (both times when I ordered and then when I picked up the cake felt like I was interrupting their day) and it was very expensive. Ordered a birthday cake and it was so much smaller than was described to me.

I keep hoping for a better experience and it never happens

I would give this place a 0 star rating if I could honestly this place is absolutely pitiful. Sat there waiting to even be acknowledged for almost 10 minutes while the children who work there sat and chit chatted to each other, even after they made eye contact to me. This is a sad excuse for a place of service, hope y’all can do better in the future. Won’t be back thays for sure. SAD!

This store is horrible, they are always out of most of the items but the thing that bothers me the most is when the staff is ignoring, arguing, making fun of, and threatening the customers the worst one is the employee named Dom!!!

Clueless, untrained or just don't care I paid$27.51 for three quarts and got about a quart and a half. Don't waste your money!
