After being ignored by the Italian restaurant nearby, we went to Outback. Were greeted by friendly host who sat us down quickly. Our server, Brandon, was quick and efficient. We had drinks in our hand in 5 minutes and food in front of us in less than 15 minutes. Brandon was attentive but not overbearing. Not fine dining but we got good, efficient service.

I order here very often and more often than I would like to admit. But one of the biggest reasons that I continuously order from here because of the customer service, especially from Jennifer, the manager as well as Trey. Customer service I would rate a 50 if I could. They go above and beyond for their customers to make sure that their customers are satisfied. I usually switch up my orders from time to time, but right now I am stuck on the 22 ounce steak and the new cook there is absolutely amazing And literally perfects my every single time.

Maia was our server and did fantastic with large group

We've been coming to Outback for years and it's always really good. Yes, there were times during Covid that the service was spotty but you have to be reasonable given world events.
