Avaliação da contribuiçãoI pulled up and waited for 20 minutes for service so I could order. No one came on the speaker, or to the car. This was around 2:30 in the afternoon on a Thursday. I saw three different girls waiting on other cars which is why I waited 20 minutes in the first place. I won't go there again.
Very disappointed with the service. Took 40 minutes to get 1 meal and an extra drink . They wouldn't answer the speaker button to order so I did a mobile order and even then other vehicles that pulled up after us left before us . Not happy at all wish this would have been a good review
The young men ladies who work here are really top notch customer service gurus; always professional and they go out of their way to make sure their customers feel like they are being taken care of. ..... And it's Kai's mine's favorite place to eat. I can't get enough of their sonic blasts and bags of nugget ice)
They forgot the Oreo 8. Both shakes and wouldn't let us add on when we got to the window seriously the service was so bad I threw my shakes out the window all over the trash can that was to full to throw anything away after being told by the employee to use the trash can pulling out of the drive thru he wouldn't take it from me it 2as just a very bad experience and now I'll never go there again
Sonic is way better than it was 5-6 years ago. Tonight I got everything I ordered. The last two times they forgot 2 cheeseburgers both times. Those two nights I was beyond tired and I forgot to check the bags. I got all the way home and noticed they were missing. Instead of fighting with them I just make sure I have everything. Tonight I sat there to make sure I went through the bags. The whole order was there. Just make sure that all your food before you leave.
