Burger King - Port Alberni

Burger King in Port Alberni has a friendly and fantastic staff! The food is always fresh and hot. The atmosphere is great and the burgers are delicious!

The service was quite slow even though we were the only customers in the restaurant. However, they offered good deals and the food was fresh.

The tables need to be cleaned. Parking: Located at Walmart, so there is ample parking available.

The food at this restaurant is average, but I would recommend avoiding the onion rings as they were soft and undercooked. The service was awful - I waited 10 minutes to order even though I was the only person in line and felt like I was being ignored by the staff. The atmosphere is alright, but the tables were dirty and the lounge chairs had stains on them. The burgers are decent and the mozzarella sticks are tasty. Overall, this was a disappointing experience and there is definitely room for improvement.

The food was good. Yesterday, I ordered poutine and the gravy was a bit off. However, I can't really complain if there are only a few employees working, as some people may not want to work during the pandemic. Thank you for keeping the location open at least!
