Bistro Vins takes a very European approach to dining small, intimate setting, quiet enough that you can talk comfortably with your dinner companions, good food, and no rush to get you out the door, so you can take your time and enjoy the meal. We did the Prix Fixe menu with wine pairings, which provided multiple appetizers in addition to the main course and dessert. Portion size on the appetizers was reasonable, so despite the number of courses we were pleasantly satiated by meal's end, rather than stuffed to the bursting point. Every course was excellent, as was the wine. All in all, and great experience; we'll definitely be back!
