Shake Shack First National Building Downtown Detroit

Place is located in the basement of the shopping mall, in the food court. It didn?t take super long for our order to be ready. Burgers of shake shack do not disappoint, omg that was a good sinner lunch ????

This came in the mall. I waited for like an hr because it was so busy during lunch time. I got the cheese burger with fries. Very good . Reminds me of new york!!

I have waited for shake shack for so long because people rave about it. I finally got to one and have never been more disappointed. I got a basic burger with bacon and I thought lettuce and tomato. I paid extra for those trimmings. The bacon almost broke my teeth, I had to search to find the tiny tiny piece of wilted lettuce and no tomato. The shake was bad (in and out so much better and the crinkle fries were so tasteless I didn?t eat them (I always finish fries! if you are near Westfield in SF don?t go just to outside and go to The Melt so much better.

Mediocre burger. Reminded me of the Wendy's single. Small burger. Fries were good. Lemonade was good. Long wait for a mediocre Burger.

Food and drinks here are not consistent. We had milkshakes and lemonade earlier and the 2nd order presented and taste differently. 2nd lemonade totally has no ice. We ordered 3 burgers and one bacon cheese fries and waited for half an hour. After inquiring, the staff told me that they have ran out of bacon for the fries and have to wait longer. So I asked for my burgers first since they are already prepared. The staff promised to call for me when the fries are ready. After finishing my burger, the fries was not ready yet. Another half hour wait, I inquired about my fries. This time, another staff just took the fries from the counter and passed to me. No apologies, nothing. Service is really bad. Burgers standard has gone down too. :
