The olives from their own trees were wonderfully rich in taste, even though as big as a pea. All the starters were great. The codfish main dish had a perfectly cooked piece of fish, but the veggies underneath had a bit too much of a tang. The wines served with every dish were great! After the very tasteful main dish the paté of wild bore was a bit bland in taste. All in all we had a very good dinner, with prices overall a bit too high for the menu served. And that, of course, starts with the name, which is a reference to Spinoza 's place of residence at this location, but which of course also indicates that ethical principles are important here. The core values Sustainable, Local and Homemade are implemented in the menu, in the reuse in the business, in the purchase own cultivation of ingredients and in the other activities of the restaurant. The young women who serve us clearly show that they fully support this and include the principles of Ethics in their words at the table. And the food? Simply good and consistent with the price. The meat dishes in particular have stuck in my memory. These somewhat tired mothers didn 't venture to wine on a Friday night, but the home-made soft drinks were delicious!
