Sushi Jiro In Victoria

What a great find! Everything was excellent, Wild Salmon Sashimi, yubu Inari, gyoza, poke crispy rice and a red wave role. It was in the middle of the week and was not busy. We felt very well looked around. Thank you. I definitely come back to my next trip to Victoria.

We had the agedashi, edamame, and Asian salad with some warm sake. They were all tasty and very satisfying especially the Asian salad with wild salmon. The salad had a miso dressing which tied the ingredients nicely together. I'll definitely return for more.

I'm so special about the sushi I eat, and that didn't disappoint. I had a delicious avocado tuna salad that was so fresh and good. Then we had the tuna with fried rice, as well as the Lachstempura role. It was all delicious, and I appreciated the fusion of some of the dishes. We will definitely eat there again.

Visit the city and what you can find! I had the Poke Crispy Rice, an amazing dish. Fresh fish, crispy rice and mango, so delicious! The bulgogi yubu inari were also wonderful and delicious. A very busy server worked the restaurant efficiently and forgot nothing, smiled all the time. The Cook Street Village area is very nice and has some interesting shops to boot. We're coming back!

Not worth the price for sushi, the prices correspond to a high-end restaurant, but the quality is not the price and the amount is subduing. The spicy salmon had hot sauce over it, just tasted the sushi. Place is clean, service was moderate again. We haven't been visited long. Disappointed.
