Amazingly friendly service, and nothing seemed too hard. Fair priced, and a absoloute beautiful job on making the cake..!!!

Great cake, great customer service. Only issue was cake did not fit in box properly so we had to make extra fridge space and glad wrap it. Plan in advance. Could not recommend this store more highly

Went to The Cheesecake Shop on Saturday brought a Cheesecake asked if they could put a Merry Christmas plague on it and they said no problem very pleased.

Had to get a cake for my daughter's birthday on the way travelling from SA to Melbourne. Visited the store by randomly googled. The store was clean, the staff was friendly, and various cakes to choose from. After 4 hours travelling back home, the cake was still fresh and delicious (in the cooler box). My daughter was so happy and asking me to give as many stars as I can. I am so glad that I visited this store as I haven't visited the cheesecake shop in my area for years. Didn't know stores under the same name can be so different. The experience for this store is 100% positive. Definitely will visit again next time passing by.

Great friendly place and their Pavlova is absolutely delicious lovely range of tempting treats!!!
