"Excellent restaurant of great value. The lobsters Gnochi and Lammlollipops were incredible. We also had a daily flatbread, which was less than stellar, but the other foods made easy for it. The restaurant was very comfortable when a little loud. The staff was very friendly and professional."

"We had a wonderful experience sitting at the bar and chatting with Joe McGuirk and the other diners. It all felt very special. One huge delicious oyster… A soup with mussels and potatoes that is both rich and light… An absolutely fantastic charred hake. All served with a divine soave. The evening ended with a ice cream sundae and a shot of an interesting coffee drink. We toasted all the people who made the evening special as a group. This experience was somewhere between dining in a restaurant with strangers and going to a dinner party. We for one would like to go out less often and spend a little more and have a more special experience. The whole thing works though because of Joe: His energy, kindness and storytelling is what made the evening magical"
