"The waiter spoke no English so when we tried to order cheese, I pointed to the cheese I wanted and he shook his head and pointed to the one below. I took that to mean they were out of the first and said yes and...nodded. We were brought out three little cheese wheels which I thought was what we ordered. When we received our bill, the charge was much higher than it should have been, and when we asked what he seemed to say was that he brought us one of the first cheese that he shook his head to and two of the second one that he pointed to. I don't know why he shook his head when I pointed to the first cheese and why he brought us two of the second. So that was very frustrating. But the omelet that we also ordered was way too salty and the rest of the food mediocre. This was the most expensive meal we had our entire stay in Lisbon and by far the worst. Would never recommend going here."

"Pelo que tenho ouvido falar deste restaurante nunca pensei que podia comer tão bem pelo um preço tão baixo, claro que nos menus as bebidas são de marca branca, mas se vou pela comida e quando quero um bom vinho peço a parte. Quanto as sobremesas essas são frescas e vi logo de onde são. Recomendo"

"I was told that this place was absolutely terrible, but despite all the other restaurants around the closure due to the news year bank holiday we felt to go there. I have no words to describe how bad it is. eating. the presentation is terrible, soggy, not even properly cooked and a real one. we choose filetes de pescada a inglesa hake fillets english style I have never seen hake cooked English style, but this was just an attempt to impression fish chips with a chic name. we do not eat fish and chips in england with hake. it is with fresh cod! the hake was dry. the chips were deep fried and uncooked inside. some boiled white tweepers at the tip of the hake dripping vegetable oil and water. the plate was used to soak the hake in vegetable oil. really terrible. my friends had octopus with rice. the comments were disgusting and what is that? Another friend of mine had the turkey and it was so badly presented and burned that the waiter thought it was lamb! what a sweat! on the other side was the personal great and we felt sorry for them as they had to work with such terrible kitchen staff and management. avoid this place to all cost. they were warned."
