Avaliação da contribuiçãoThis was my first visit to this sushi restaurant, and it was both enjoyable to watch them prepare the sushi in front of me and delicious to eat. The taste, service, speed, atmosphere, and cleanliness were all excellent, so I gave it 5 stars. The head chef personally goes to Shiogama Port to source the ingredients, and everything was very satisfying. The sushi rice was seasoned with red vinegar, giving it a rich flavor. While I felt the rice portion was slightly small compared to the topping, the size of the toppings made it just right. Along with the sushi, I also received miso soup and a vinegar dish for lunch. The vinegar dish had seaweed in vinegar and was refreshing after the sushi. The tea was always replaced with a fresh one before it got cold, so I never had to drink lukewarm tea. Additionally, the restaurant mentioned that patrons could use the parking lot at the museum across the street, which is a spacious, paved lot that would be reassuring for novice drivers.
On September 6th, 2019, there are 6 sushi restaurants in Tsunoda. The sushi restaurant that has been around the longest will be celebrating its 48th year in December. My favorite is Umeshu Sushi, which serves sushi rice seasoned with my favorite "red vinegar." Sushi just tastes better with red vinegar, doesn't it? The nigiri set cost 2,160 yen. As it got late, the other customers left and I ended up being the only one left. The head chef talked to me and made delicious sushi for me. They even had my favorite, sea urchin. The head chef mentioned that even Kaiten Sushi places serve sushi made with red vinegar. It was delicious! Thank you for the meal. I feel so happy.
