Xū Tián のうどん

Ordered the motsu-ni set, tanuki udon, and meat udon. The motsu-ni had a slight smell depending on the location. I finished it without any problems. The meat udon had thick cuts of pork with a good chew. It was different from what I expected, but I finished it as well. The broth was rich in flavor. It was delicious, thank you. P.S. The restroom was spacious and separated by gender, which was nice.

I used to frequent this restaurant often when I was a truck driver, but I stopped going after changing jobs. It has been thirty years since I last visited. I ordered the set meal of motsu-ni, which I used to eat a lot. The thick-flavored udon with white miso motsu-ni was very nostalgic and delicious. In the past, even after finishing the meal, I would only be partially full, but now I was so full it was almost uncomfortable. I felt the passage of time. The atmosphere and taste of the restaurant have not changed in thirty years, and I hope it continues to thrive. If I have the chance, I would like to go back to eat the motsu-ni again. I visited this restaurant two days in a row. It was very delicious and had a retro Showa era atmosphere. There were many customers inside, so as a first-time visitor, I felt at ease. The motsu-ni (tripe stew) seemed to be famous but was sold out. Despite feeling disappointed, I decided to try the miso-ni (miso stew) set with mackerel thinking if the motsu-ni was delicious, the miso-ni would be too. The miso-ni and udon were also very tasty. Although I was still thinking about the motsu-ni, I had to work in Tsuchiura city the next day and luckily had some time, so I revisited the restaurant for the motsu-ni set. This time I tried soba and it was also delicious. The motsu-ni, of course, was extremely delicious and went well with the alcohol. The rice was on the softer side, which I liked. I will definitely visit again!

もつ煮込みが初めて好きになってハマった店。 近くに住んでいた時、会社終わりにたまに持ち帰りで頼んだ。 にんにくが強烈でパワー溢れる味わい。

サバ味噌美味かった。てかうどん食べ忘れた 素晴らしい定食でした
