Taco Bell - Anna

Terrible customer service. Having conversations with tons of vulgar words not caring who can hear them.

Zero stars if I could. No lettuce, no Pepsi, no large drinks. Portion size was minimal and tortillas were hard. Customer service is terrible. Never going again.

I have $45 to eat for my family. ask them not for anything, and was given on every single part. I'll never be back in this.

Definitely would rate this 0 stars along with the other Taco bell in Melissa which is the first one I went to and they got my order wrong. I go to this Taco Bell in Anna and they still got my order wrong. I only ordered 1 chalupa and 2 bean burritos, I wait 10 minutes for food, and the girl at the window is on her pink phone the whole time. Finally got my food and get home and I have my chalupa and 1 of my bean burritos, but then got a bean burrito with meat and a whole different burrito I didn't ask for. Absolutely ridiculous, and they want to get paid $15 an hour for stuff like this? Funny.

Sorry but I used to love the flavor at Taco Bell years ago. They changed their recipe some years ago and it all is like water grease now. Every Taco Bell has gotten yuck. From Hero to Zero. .bring back the Mexican Pizza and I'll eat that.
