The waiter will deliver everything the moment you sit down, and you can only ask for refill. It's a fast turn around restaurant, once you finish the meal, you go an have tea outside by the tea corner, so that you leave your table for the others that are waiting. Kubba is made with a bourghol shell that is stuffed with ground meat, almonds and rainins. It is served with a bowl of spicy rich tomato stew.
