Employees were friendly and the experience was great in general, but I ordered 45 minutes ahead of time and still had to wait 10 minutes for my order.
Horrible experience .They say people are supposed to be nice to their customers ? Well not here. Don't go to Wendy's in Niles til after 3pm....
