Tim Hortons - Cornwall

Pretty standard Tim's. The drive-thru staff are friendly and you get your order relatively quickly. However, I have been disappointed by the fact that they never have Apple Fritters when I go there. It isn't a huge deal, but that's why they only received 4 stars.

If you're a truck driver looking to stop for some food and it's between the hours of 8 PM and 6 AM, don't bother. They can't make any food Including cold sandwiches. Apparently while the restaurant is being cleaned they can't slice bread in half and put some cold meat on it.

I go to this tim hortons daily. 5 or 6 times now. They get my single coffee order wrong. So I go inside to change it. I'm fine with that. Although the one girl who works drive through, her finger nails are black dirty and gross.. that's not sanitary considering she works with people food and touches there drinks with no gloves. I strongly recommend management address this issue. Or il be contacting health board.

I've never experienced such slow service. The lady was also very rude. My drink was not good and wasn't made properly. It was a waste of money. I was going to order breakfast, but got a donut instead because I knew it would be a longer wait and the poor other customers behind me were also upset too.

Waited over 15 mins for coffee the guy working refused to give me a refund for my order and yelled at me when I said I wanted a refund because I've been waiting 15 mins as he's served car after car after car in the drive threw that he's the only one here!
