Dunkin' - Dyer

I didn?t get any of the names of the employees that are working right now but every single one of them was very professional and extremely sweet!

The location is quite fantastic, especially in the morning. The only downside is that they never provide a receipt, which prevents me from giving them a better review.

The drive-thru has consistently failed to open on time. Over the past two weeks, I've experienced this issue four times on different days, from Monday to Friday, and each time I've been informed that they don’t open until 5:30 AM.

Recently, every matcha latte I’ve had from them has been mostly cream, and the cream often tastes spoiled. I won't be returning.

I've been living up the street from this Dunkin for 7 years and it has gotten consistently worse over the past year or so. Hash browns always dry and overcooked and the coffee is watered down(I only order hash browns and iced coffee). I hate that I have totravel further, but I refuse to waste anymore money at the Dyer location.
