Planet Organic Spitalfields

Planet Organic typically offers a wide variety of vegan products, but unfortunately on my recent visit they were limited due to financial difficulties. When I visited on 24/4/23, they were lacking vegan frozen meals, cheeses, and meat substitutes. However, they had dedicated spaces for these items. If they are able to stay afloat, I imagine they will restock these products soon. In addition to vegan options, they also offer cosmetics, dried goods (including a refill station), sauces, fresh produce, cleaning supplies, and sweets. I appreciate that they label products with a blue "V" icon to indicate if they are vegan, making shopping easier for me as a vegan. This saves me from having to sift through ingredient lists, which may not always guarantee that the product is truly animal-free.

I really like the new Planet Organic in this location. It's much nicer than the previous health food store that was here. I enjoy getting artisanal vegan cheeses from this store, as well as my favorite tofu brand, Clean Bean, which is a local favorite.

This is due to the fact that the restaurant is currently facing financial difficulties and is seeking investors. As a result, they did not have any vegan frozen meals, cheeses, or meat substitutes available. However, they do have a large section dedicated to these products, so I would expect them to be back in stock soon. In the meantime, they still offer cosmetics, dried goods (including a refill station), sauces, fresh produce, cleaning supplies, and treats. One thing I appreciate about Planet Organic is that they label their shelves with a blue V to indicate if a product is vegan. This is incredibly helpful for me as a vegan, as it eliminates the need to scrutinize ingredient lists. Overall, despite the current limited selection, I still enjoy shopping at Planet Organic for their vegan-friendly options.
