Get email saying 40 minutes.. show up 45 minutes later to pick up pizza after driving into town... get greeted by one confused staff member no idea what's going on... she had to get the other staff member who was over in the quiznos area chatting away To find out that they have not even started to make the pizzas let alone cook them. If your going to order.. may as well call the directly to make sure they are actually working and not ignoring incoming orders.
I really enjoy the pizza from here and their single slice for like $3.50 is freaking amazing nd perfect for a quick lunch, however ive noticed a complet lack of effort from employees as ive asked them not to stack my heated up slices ontop of each other which causes one slice to loose all its topings to the bottom of the second slice and one of the employees deliberatly goes out of her way to avoid serving me no matter how few employees might be in the building and refusing to even look at me and it feels quite disrespectful as all im trynna do is get some freaking pizza. Oh and almost forgot, somehow after i asked the guy to heat up my slices and i watched them go through the oven, my slices came back out just as cold as before, was not happy in the slightest.
I understand that this is an entry level job for students mostly, but the need to read their orders a little better, I have placed orders here plenty of times but the last few times I have ordered I took the pizzas home opened them up and realized they gave me the wrong pizza, this has been happening a lot more frequently. I like this place and I like the food but THEY NEED TO READ THE ORDER PROPERLY!
We ordered Pizza and wings from Panago in Clairmont yesterday evening. We ordered a bacon and fresh tomato pizza and some hot wings and honey garlic wings. Most of the wings were over cooked or burnt and the honey garlic wings did not taste like honey garlic at all. The hot wings were also quite flavourless. The pizza was also overcooked and instead of fresh tomatoes, it had burnt sundried tomatoes and dried out bacon bits on it. We will not be ordering from here again.
Considering it's a satalite location in a gas station I was really happy. The food was hot and done right and quick. They also do pizza by the slice which is nice when you have to pick up something quick.
