Papa Johns - Hammersmith and Fulham

Well I can't comment on the food as I never even received it! After calling up to postpone the order by a little, I was met with a very rude NO. Not only did they refuse but the store manager also refuses to send me my pizza now even though I paid online. Unbelievable service, I've never felt compelled to right a review before but I desperately feel the need to warn others. I am still waiting on a full refund or my pizza.

I was at home recently decorating all day and didn't have time to cook, so I decided to order a pizza from this restaurant. It arrived quickly, but unfortunately, it was lacking in flavor and was overall unimpressive. I will be searching for a better pizza place next time.

Ordered pizza for delivery. We had to wait over 90 minutes for them to arrive. In the meantime I was calling to get some info on estimated arrival time, but they refused to pick up the phone. Their pizzas are definitely not worth a 90-minute wait!!

In store menu on the counter said £3.99, but the server said ignore that, the price is £4.49 Erm i don 't think so Mister! When the server spoke with the manager about it he walked away ignoring him. Ive had issues in this Hammersmith branch before but this really quite simply is against the law.

Messed up the order on delivery, had to return the pizza as they would not come back and change it. pizzas were both wrong and cold, the staff wanted to actually fight with me, insulting me from behind the counter. both of them looked filthy. i would not want to eat anything cooked by those filthy hands
