Ihop - Hurst

I had an incredible breakfast at 1 AM, and my family had a fantastic time. The service was excellent. My daughter wasn't a fan of the chocolate pancakes, but everything else was wonderful.

Luis B., you are truly amazing! We love coming here, and it's all thanks to you. We initially thought our great experience would be a one-time thing, but after five visits, you’ve proven us wrong. Your consistency is impressive. You are always attentive to our needs and respond quickly. We hardly have to ask for anything because you anticipate what we need. Your communication skills are excellent, and your friendly demeanor makes our visits even better. You’re the best!

I visited this restaurant on a busy Saturday night and was seated promptly. The food was delightful and the service was excellent. I came for the all-you-can-eat pancakes and enjoyed so many of them because they were simply amazing!

I visited during the morning rush and anticipated subpar service due to the busy period. However, my server Luis exceeded all expectations! He was hustling between tables, ensuring my cup was never empty and promptly clearing away any empty plates. He did an outstanding job, even during the hectic weekend breakfast rush. This IHOP is definitely one of the better locations compared to others!

The food at this IHOP is definitely superior to other locations in the area. However, we've noticed that the manager struggles to address any inquiries, as his English skills are quite limited. If you're lucky enough to have a competent waiter or waitress, you'll likely enjoy your meal. Conversely, if your server isn't up to standard, you may find it difficult to get any assistance or answers from the management. During our visit this evening, we had to send a dish back to the kitchen for further cooking. Fortunately, our waiter was helpful, so it wasn’t an issue.
