The cashier was rude, spoke low, and provided no customer service. She was chewing gum, and we decided we didn’t want to take the chance eating the food, so we didn’t even take it and asked for the money back.

Awful service. Takes way too long. Messes up order frequently. Sometimes not open when they should be. Unreliable. Can't order from them on the app. This place is trash. Worst Carl's Jr.

The food is good.Why the two stars? I have gone in their for breakfast on almost a daily basis.Several weeks ago, their heater system broke. It has been like this for several weeks. The lobby is freezing cold in the mornings. The management/owner has done absolutely nothing about it!!I resolved the problem. I no longer go their for my breakfasts.

They were open on Christmas Eve at 8pm. I went through the drive-thru, the gal that took the order was very nice, patient with us as we had 3 orders. The wait was a few minutes, but the food was warm,yummy and correct! I'm not rating the atmosphere as I did not go in.
