The food here was very good, the onion rings are old school and are made as they should be, deep fried to a golden brown and packed with a beautiful sweet, white onion. My wife had breakfast for lunch and they served her food with a container of salsa that had incredible flavors, and did not taste Shop-Bought, so a certain bonus there. I had a Swiss mushroom burger, the burger was definitely from a frozen patty, but the bungalow made for it. I know, right? The bungalow was stellar! It turned out what the Burgerpatty was missing. I order it again, despite the frozen Patty. Our waitress was great too. She was very polite and understands the finer points of her work, for me, that speaks volumes and guarantees that I will return. It is a charming place, if also dated in terms of decor, but it is what you would expect from a small city restaurant. Nothing gaudy or gauche, but certainly unique. Great atmosphere, we're coming back, Garnell Family Diner!

My wife and I enjoy the Family Diner for breakfast primarily. They are one of the few places in the area that serves grits in lieu of potatoes! They make a great chicken fried steak as well as steak and eggs for a reasonable price too! We’ve also had lunch here on occasion and I can attest they make a GREAT double cheese burger! The staff is always pleasent too.

Bacon cheeseburger with onion rings!! Tasty!! My honey had a ham n cheese omelet with hashbrowns!! Loved it!! We were all full and happy!! We took a morning drive in the beautiful morning weather with top down (on car) just to go eat there!! Give them a try!!

Delicious lunch with the small town touches. Prices were very reasonable. Highly recommended...

I absolutly love there pizza !!. That bien said for being famous for pizza they sure never have any lol... it's the slogan of your business.. it's on the front of your building yet more times than not 740 am I walk out empty handed... maybe your slogan should be famous for pizza.. lucky if you get a piece
