That is the place for good eating. I gave only the 4 stars because I asked for a well-made steak and got a rare to medium steak. this place was incredibly busy and their employees do an amazing job! they are really one of the best!
When we arrived we were initially told the wait time would be “about a hour and 25 minutes.” I expected to have a wait as we arrived at 7 pm on a weekend. We were lucky enough to find open seating at the bar, so we decided just to place our order there. After 45 minutes had passed, our entrees arrived BEFORE our salads and this hiccup in service was mentioned to the gentleman who brought us our entrees. He promptly walked away. We sat there for at least another 10 minutes when the same gentleman walked past and asked “they still didn’t bring your salads?” He was reminded again, that no, 50 minutes after arriving we still have not received our salads. It was sometime after this, the manager came over to us and the situation was explained to him. I also made him aware that my steak dinner, that was sitting in front of me u touched, was brought out to me ICE COLD. The manger was nice enough stating that the kitchen was “really far behind on the salads tonight” and then just looked at us. This is now at LEAST the third time I am having to ask for our salads to be brought to us and for my meal to be served at least warm. My steak is finally whisked away, never to be seen again, by my salad finally arrived. Sadly though, the other salad never did….The amount of disservice that was done to your customers all around last night was endless. There was little to no communication with us throughout our 60 minutes of misery and barely any attempts at service recovery.All we wanted last night was to have a decent steak, cold beers, and a good night out of the house last night and unfortunately your establishment provided none of those.I hope your that your bar backs, wait staff/food runners, and managers take this experience and use it as a learning experience and example of how NOT to manage customers.
Our server was amazing you could tell she enjoyed her job. She gave suggestions and followed instructions on bringing the beer out when our food came our. Steak was not over cooked. Bathrooms were clean no paper towels on the floor or tp in the stalls.
Fries were all soggy buffalo wings breading was subpar. The rattlesnake bites we're 90% cheese and not the good kind. I ordered my burger medium well and they brought it to me burned. Once the manager got involved I got one of the best burgers I've ever had with Crispy fries even. It's sad that the manager didn't even care to ask about the state of my children's food or my wife's food. Sad to say they didn't eat a single french fry. I feel like a big meanie having eaten good fries infront of my family and not having realized until after the fact. Then to add insult to injury they had to keep coming by every three seconds asking boisterously if everything was in order and too my liking. Looks like this place may not be worth waiting through the throngs of people. The fried pickles were great. The salmon was great but way overpriced. Sushi Blue in town had salmon half that price and of better preparation. Ultimately this place is overpriced and dose not include prices on their drink menu. Which is also shady. Here take this drink it comes with a glass straw you can keep. Can you guess how much this thing costs? No? Try one and find out.
