Avaliação da contribuiçãoWe recently tried Popeyes Chicken, a restaurant not typically found in my hometown. When craving fried chicken, it was always KFC that we would turn to. However, the seasonings used by Popeyes on their chicken and in their gravy are undeniably delicious. I must admit, the KFC in my hometown does not quite match up to the same quality. This is not a reflection on the brand itself, but rather on the individuals responsible for preparing the food. As a longtime fan of Arby's, it is disappointing that it is not available in the city where I now reside. That being said, when it comes to fried chicken, there is no doubt that Popeyes reigns supreme. The Popeyes near me serves up consistently hot and juicy chicken with a perfect crispy exterior that locks in all the flavors. The leftovers, if there are any, are just as delicious the next day. The staff at Popeyes also impressed me with their attention to detail and teamwork, making for a great customer service experience. It's the combination of these factors that sets Popeyes apart as the best choice for fried chicken in the neighborhood. They truly know how to satisfy their customers.
We ordered the classic crispy chicken sandwich combo. The customer service was excellent. The dining area and women's restroom were very clean. The food was tasty, but not very warm. (We ate in the parking lot right after ordering from the cashier in person)
This was the worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant or drive-thru. I ordered one thing and got something else, then had to park and go inside to fix my order. The store manager refused to acknowledge the mistake and instead argued with me about it, saying that they automatically substitute items and charge an extra 50 cents for adding mac and cheese as a side without notifying customers. I had to discover these charges by reading my receipt, as the drive-thru screen did not show any notifications. I never received a refund for my incorrect order, and they even forgot to include my biscuit. I will not be recommending Popeye's to anyone after this experience.
Ordered two chicken sandwiches on the app. Went through drive thru and they told me to come inside to pick up the order. Thought that was weird because my order was so small. I did it anyway. Walked inside and told them who I was. Waited inside for 20 minutes trying to be understanding because I knew they were busy. I was watching huge orders in the lobby that came after me go out to customers. People going through the drive thru getting their orders. Finally I asked what was taking so long. My order was ready but just sitting on the counter not bagged up. Guess they forgot about me. Probably why you shouldn't pull people around from the drive thru with such small orders... I contacted customer service through the app and they obviously didn't read what I said because they said sorry you waited 20 minutes in the drive thru And went on about how the lobby might be closed because of staffing issues. The lobby wasn't closed. I didn't say it was.
If they want good fried chickens, it's hard to hit popeyes. this situation has consistently good, fresh food. the counter service is good when they go in. the drive-thru goes pretty fast, but there is not much space to cuddle, so if it is busy, they can park and go in. there are some very good deals on their app, so check it too.
