The Loaded Food Company - Stirling

The delivery took 40 minutes longer than said on Uber Eats app, all the food arrived freezing cold and didn’t taste properly cooked. The chicken wrap I ordered was inedible, and I couldn’t even finish one bite because it was so bad. Attached is a photo of my ‘Peri Peri salted chips’ and I’ve literally no idea what they’ve even put on them. Really bad, avoid.

Burgers were not as described, lacked everything and didn’t even have the decency to inform us of the out of stock ingredients

Worst takeaway I’ve had, curry was bright yellow and tasted sour and burgers were soggy and bland

Absolutely horrific. After waiting 2 hours to receive our order, we are delivered the completely wrong thing alongside very poor customer service. Only correct items were the milkshakes which were luckily very nice, however useless in conjunction with no meal to have them with. Instead of a meatball sub, arrived rather unfortunate looking chips and cheese. The only correct part of the chicken burger (which specifically had no cheese and came completely covered in multiple kinds) was the chicken itself. Not to mention BOTH portions of chips were nowhere to be found! Big warning to never order from 'The Loaded Food Company ' in Stirling, particularly from UberEats.UPDATE:!!! WHAT IS THIS????!?!?!?! THEY TOLD US THEY FIXED IT AND WERE SENDING IT AGAIN SEE SECOND IMAGE I CAN 'T BELIEVE THIS . I CANNOT BELIEVE THIS.
