This place is similar to Cracker Barrel with Rockabilly style. The atmosphere during lunch is not good. The founder/owner plays a DVD of him opening the store. He's reading from a piece of paper. Oh, and it has Glen Miller blaring in the background as it cycles old photos. There is limited seating. There are 4-5 all large family style dining tables. Today, I had a bacon burger, with 1/2 cup shreded lettuce, 3 slices of tomato, and 5 pickles. I opted for no chips or dressing per my dietary needs. Plus, I had a tea. I was charged the full 9.99 for an over cooked patty and 3 half slices of precooked thin bacon. I am guessing my drink was $5 or I got charged extra for hamburger toppings. Then, I had to ask for a refill. It was not busy. The woman acted as if my refill was inconvient. She retrieved my refill as she was getting another drink order (1 drink) from a newly sat table. Needless to say, I will not be a patron for them by choice every again.
When we are in Collinsville we always love to stop in. Food is good and so is the atmosphere.
Family friendly restaurant. Burgers, fries and float were yummy!
