I've been eating here for years. eating is delicious and it is family owned! her customer service is great!

I usually LOVE this place. Food is great. Tonight we went and the lady behind the counter was to busy talking on her cell phone (ear bud) to hear half my order. She didn't include at least 3 things I asked for. (A scoop of sesame chicken, crunchys for my egg drop soup, and sweet sour sauce). I truly believe if she got off the phone my order would have been great and it would be 5 stars not 1.

Food is great and is always good to feed the family without breaking the bank.

Literally the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Went in, tried to order but the woman was talking on the phone the whole time. Food was way too dry, and got items I never even asked for. Sad to see how downhill this place has gone. My family will not be returning.

One star only because the customer service is getting worse, last time I was there the girl was on the phone while serving and didn't listen, you have to point to the food, so I wait for 6 months to go back same girl, you have to point to everything, if you ask for the lunch special you get a soda and wonton, she thought that she would save money by not telling us, also when you say sweet and sour chicken you expect the sauce, no she forgets it everytime, when you say beef with broccoli that's what it should be, not just a box of broccoli, very disappointing dinner. Check your order before you leave.
