On October 9, 2014, Fusion 11 opened its doors to offer an epicurean journey reflecting the cultural diversity of Orange County. Situated near the heart of Little Saigon, the restaurant draws from the roots of Vietnamese cuisine while incorporating elements from global cuisines to present its unique take on traditional dishes. The interior design is distinctly European, featuring white linens, postmodern furnishings, and elegant table settings.
