Perfect! Made just as directed.
These were great but I will skip rolling them up and slicing as one reviewer suggested because the dough stuck together.
My first time making noodles and I loved them! They did turn out thicker than I anticipated but that's okay! I also didn't let them dry at all and they were still amazing.
