O perfil de sabor está perfeito, mas achei a receita um pouco sem graça, como se estivesse faltando algo e não houvesse tempero suficiente do que estava lá. Adicionei um pouco de sriracha e ajudou muito.
Eu gostei e vou refazê-lo com algumas alterações, mas, no geral, estou feliz em dizer que agora posso fazer meu Pad Thai em casa sem precisar pedir!
Eu mantive igual. Gostei de não ser picante. Todos nós adicionamos molho picante ao nosso gosto. Uma refeição muito agradável, um prazer cozinhar para a família.
