Tipo de massa? Vendo a quantidade de proteínas que esse tipo de massa usa para garantir esse número?
Excelente! Por outro lado, eu peguei uma pasta pura de manteiga e foi muito doloroso no torso (pasta que gruda no papel sulfurizado original). Neste caso, apenas tarteando um dos dois lados torna a torção mais simples.
É sempre um prazer fazer folhetos no aperitivo e a imaginação é ótima (pesto vermelho, tapenade, creme de anchovas).
