Seekh Kebab em Liederbach am Taunus

I've made it 4 times nowYesterday I substituted the Red wine vinegar for Balsamic Vinegarit was the best yet.

Did not have tomato sauce so I used tomato juiceMarinated shrimp shell on but split for about 3 hours then grilled medium direct heat.

I've made this several timesLittle substitute here and there based on what I have on hand - but this is my go to shrimp recipePlain, in stir fry, with grits - it's all good.
