Filet Mignon with Compound Butter & Wedge Salad
I order my steak medium because I usually can't finish a large Damn that's cooked perfectly. Reverse seared? It's the only way I'll cook filet. One of the best looking dishes I've seen on here in weeks, kudos sir.
