"Ich war zum Businesslunch im Schlüssel. Zuvor habe ich noch nie etwas von diesem Lokal "gehört." Nach der Türe eine grosszügige Eingangshalle und Treppenanlage. Im ersten Geschoss die beiden Gaststuben. Aufmerksame Betreuung vom ersten Moment an mit Mantel entgegen nehmen, Karten vorstellen, etc. Wir bestellten der Einfachheit halber das Tagesmenu, heute mit Fidelisuppe, Wintersalat und einem Trutenfilet mit feiner Sauce, als Beilage ein feiner Reis.Gekonnt gekocht, sehr lecker, mit vielen Anregungen für Nase, Zunge und Gaumen. Die Bedienung war aus meiner Sicht etwas unübersichtlich, da wir im Laufe eines einzigen Mittagessens 5 verschiedene zuständige Personen im Service hatten. Jede Einzelne toll, im Zusammenspiel etwas unruhig."

"We had the menu for lunch and were very happy with the food as well as with the service. The first course was an alp cheese carpaccio, then three different soups and the "Rehrücken" as a main. "Man wird herzlich empfangen, unabhängig ob man was essen möchte oder nur ein Bier trinkt. Das Cordon-bleu, welches ich gegessen habe war vorzüglich, auch das Gemüse war fein zubereitet. Die Pommes-frites sind halt so wie in jedem Restaurant. Es war sicherlich nicht mein letzter Besuch."
