"who knows the place bilsen? yes, with b front, not the Czech pilsen is meant. probably barely known, because only 6 square kilometers large, there are about 800 people living here. is located in the city part pinneberg, it is only 14 kilometers far to the northern city border of hamburg. a somewhat strange introduction to a hotel review, but has its floor. because if you are looking for hotels born quickly, the famous place of residence with about 20 thousand, they will not find the jagdhaus waldfrieden. as, as described above, hardly anyone knows bilsen, the owner of the hotel has missed the quick addition to the name. not quite true, but understandable. but now to the point. we had found the jagd house many years ago when we browsed the catalog of romantic hotels. the photos from the house and the surrounding park invited to visit formally and so we spent 5 days in the beautiful house. at the time it was already very nicely prepared that the sanitary cell was perhaps not quite up to date, but that was now well modernized as we were able to convince ourselves a few years later. amazing is the almost absolute recovery, although only about 50 meters away the much traveled b 4 leads along. because the plot is passed on by large trees, this small forest probably swallows much of the street noise. the house itself actually looks as if one imagines a place of a village. a little work, pointed gable, convulsed as a pet on the outside walls. next to the main building there are several adjacent buildings, partly for accommodation, partly for gastronomic use. in the main house itself is a very beautiful winter garden with generous glass facade very tastefully integrated. I come to the gastronomy that we always take when we are in the opposite. is open from 7 o'clock to breakfast buffet, they can eat from 12:30 o'clock, on the afternoon there is a small card and the cafè has opened, from 18 o'clock then dinner. whether only a main dish or a large menu, whether the local cake specialities are done on the afternoon or just a small snack here everything is done with much love. Romance, as the hotel brochure promises, they can enjoy here in all rest. whether family celebration or meeting point. if it were not so far from home, we would like to stay much more often in the hunting house waldfrieden."
