"eating was really amazing, the taste made a wonderful palette that thrives during dinner! chapeau to the chef and to the kitchen! on the negative side lasted the evening 4.5 hours, which was very long, on the other side we had time to refresh the taste buds and appreciate the next curs. the overall experience is still sensational. one of the best Michelin restaurants I was in."

"Toll! Fast alle glutenfrei!!! Die köstlichen und flauschigen Kuchen sind entweder glutenfrei, laktosefrei, vegan oder alle zusammen. Ich hatte den Bananenkuchen und er schmeckte wunderbar. Der Espresso hat auch sehr gut geschmeckt. Nur die Musik war zu laut. Ich bin störende Musik während des Essens und habe sehr höflich und vorsichtig gefragt, ob das Volumen reduziert werden könnte; die Antwort war seltsam “Ich mache es sofort”. Auf den Wunsch des Kunden zu reagieren, wird leider oft vernachlässigt. Die Operation könnte freundlicher gewesen sein (das Volumen wurde dementsprechend nicht reduziert, auch keine kleinen “Danke” für die Spitze), aber vielleicht hatte es nur einen schlechten Tag. Das kann jeder haben. Ich komme immer noch zurück, weil das glutenfreie Angebot wirklich außergewöhnlich gut war."
