Zhú Yè - 奥出雲町

I had the beef bowl and beef soba. Both were delicious with no complaints. The beef from Hitachi is amazing. The portion size is normal, so it may be a little lacking for growing men. The seasoning is strong, but even my wife who prefers lighter flavors said it was delicious.

We stopped by with our family. When we eat Izumo soba at home, the pot is small, so the slimy feeling remains, but it was different. It was delicious.

The recommended specialty, Gyudon, had thick and tender meat that was slightly spicy and very delicious. I would also like to try the Niku Soba that I haven't had yet next time.

島根牛を使った牛丼はお勧めの1品です。 奥出雲町は蕎麦が有名ですが竹葉の牛丼は 蕎麦はどうも！という方にぜひお勧め致します。

兎にも角にも牛丼！地元産のブランドである仁多米と仁多牛のコラボは本当に美味しい。 また、釜揚げそばに牛丼の具をのせた牛そばもオススメ。
