Avaliação da contribuiçãoI stumbled upon this restaurant in a random town. I ordered the Hiroshima-style okonomiyaki with hormone (offal) and it was hands down the best I've ever had. It was shocking. The interior of the restaurant, which has been around for 50 years, remains stuck in the Showa era, and the Showa-era couple running it shows their love for the place. You can tell that it is beloved by the locals. I absolutely want to come back again.
【Visited on 9/26/2020】I went there for the first time. The curtain is hanging on the first floor, but the dining area is on the second floor up the stairs. You can easily spot it by the banner with the Okafuku sauce mark. The owner, who wears a Carp hat here, might be a fan of the Hiroshima Toyo Carp. Each table has a teppan grill, so I thought it was self-service, but the staff cooked at each table. I went there just after noon, so each table was filled with customers. It's not in a city area, but I think it's just right for a quiet dining environment. By the way, they also have oden.
This is personally my favorite okonomiyaki restaurant. The portions are generous overall. It is located near Hiroshima Prefecture, and the owner is a Carp fan, but the restaurant originally served Osaka-style okonomiyaki. Currently, they offer not only Osaka-style okonomiyaki, but also Hiroshima-style okonomiyaki, yakisoba, horumon yakiudon, monja yaki, and other flour dishes (no takoyaki). Adding soba as a topping to the okonomiyaki (known as "modern yaki") will surely satisfy most people. I especially think the okonomiyaki batter is delicious.
オリンピック連休になるはずが、ただの4連休に。大雨続きでもあったので、近場の六日市へ。実家が六日市の友達がオススメだよって教えてくれたのを思い出し、立ち寄りました。 コロナ騒ぎで、お持ち帰りのみの営業でしたが、子供たちの分も半分ずつに切り分けて、パックに入れてくれるなど、とても親切にして頂きました。 量もかなりボリュームがあり、美味しくお腹いっぱいになりました!! 広島育ちですが、とろろが生で乗ってるお好み焼きは初めて食べました。 子供たちも、オジサンが大好きになったようでした。
788円の豚玉ソバ注文。味は値段相応で量多目。家で作った感じの味。 目の前で作ってくれます。
